Fielding calls from tenants looking for small warehouse spaces? Send them to us! Following an intro, we’ll set up a tour, handle the lease, and send you a check once the agreement is finalized. Best of all, you’ll receive a referral commission of $1,000-2,000 in as little as 24 hours.
Suggest a building for purchase
With so few options for high-quality, small warehouse space, we have picked up incredible momentum in some of the largest metropolitan areas in the country — and we plan to continue expanding. If you have any sales listings for industrial, flex, office or retail properties between 30,000 and 200,000 square feet, we’re always looking for new buildings to purchase and reimagine into WareSpace locations.
