By providing your mobile phone number to WareSpace and opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from us. The terms below govern our SMS program.

- Submit a form on our website (such as tour booking, reservation, or contact forms) and check the consent box agreeing to receive SMS messages

No Mobile Information Sharing
No mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Information sharing with subcontractors that support our services (such as customer support platforms, CRM providers, and SMS messaging service providers) is permitted solely to deliver the Service. All other sharing categories described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties for their own marketing purposes.
How We Share and Disclose Your Information
We may share or disclose your Personal Data in the following situations:

We retain Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period unless needed for security, functionality, or legal compliance.
