Interpretation

Personal Data You Provide

When you interact with our Service — including booking a tour, reserving space, making a payment, or contacting us — we may collect:

• Payment information (processed securely by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers)
• Communications and inquiries you submit to us

Information from Referrals

SMS Messaging Program (A2P 10DLC)

By providing your mobile phone number to WareSpace and opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from us. The terms below govern our SMS program.

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from WareSpace in any of the following ways:

• Submit a form on our website (such as tour booking, reservation, or contact forms) and check the consent box agreeing to receive SMS messages
• Provide your mobile number to a WareSpace team member in person, by phone, or by email and agree to receive SMS messages
• Text us first to initiate a conversation

Opt-in is never a condition of purchase.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No Mobile Information Sharing

No mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Information sharing with subcontractors that support our services (such as customer support platforms, CRM providers, and SMS messaging service providers) is permitted solely to deliver the Service. All other sharing categories described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How We Share and Disclose Your Information

We may share or disclose your Personal Data in the following situations:

• With Service Providers who process data on our behalf to operate the Service (e.g., hosting, payment processing, CRM, analytics, customer support, SMS delivery). These providers are contractually required to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we direct.

Note: As stated in the SMS Messaging Program section above, mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We retain Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period unless needed for security, functionality, or legal compliance.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your Personal Data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Transfers
