Health Insurance, Physical and Emotional Wellness
We care about our employees’ wellbeing, and we work to make sure our employees have access to the benefits they need to support their lives, We offer medical, prescription, vision, and dental insurance, as well as company-paid disability insurance and other support programs to active regular full-time employees.
Healthcare benefits for employees is 100% employer paid. The Company contributes 30% towards medical coverage for the spouse and dependents. Healthcare benefits begin the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
When life gets challenging, employees have access to our Employee Assistance Program, which provides free, 24/7 support for employees and their families.
401k Savings Plan
Save for your future with our 401K. We offer automatic enrollment with eligibility the first on the month following your start to work date. WareSpace matches your 401(k) contributions 100% up to your first 3% of your eligible pay, subject to an annual maximum.
Time Off
We know how important it can be to spend time away from work to relax, recover from an illness, or take time to care for other needs. We offer paid time off to regular full-time employees that includes, vacation, sick leave, paid family leave, and holidays to help you meet these needs.
Vacation days are accrued based years of service and level of position for all full-time employees.
Sick leave days are accrued at the rate of four hours per pay period up to a maximum of forty hours.
Paid Family Leave provides up to four weeks paid leave to eligible employees who meet the policy criteria.
Company paid Short- and Long-Term Disability is available to eligible employees who meet the policy criteria.
