What will a lease look like?

Our standard agreements are 6 or 12 months with no personal guarantee required. Longer terms are available case by case. One flat monthly rate covers your unit, utilities, shared docks, equipment, and amenities — no NNN, no CAM, no surprise fees.

What's Included?

Private unit, industrial racking, climate control, 24/7 access, secure Wi-Fi, in-unit electric, shared loading docks, warehouse equipment, kitchenette, conference rooms, on-site support, and daily carrier pickups and drop-offs — all in one monthly fee.

Security?

Yes. All WareSpace buildings include 24/7 interior and exterior video surveillance, access control, and secure entry for members, guests, and logistics deliveries.

When will WareSpace open?

We haven’t set an opening date. We’re currently evaluating sites across the Austin, TX Area. Interest list members are the first to hear when we sign a site and announce an opening timeline.

How do I reserve space?
