Ways stagers & designers use WareSpace

A real home base for the work between projects

If you've outgrown the garage and rented storage but a full warehouse lease is overkill, a fully-equipped small unit keeps your inventory organized, protected, and install-ready. Too big for a garage, too smart for a long-term lease.

Questions from stagers & designers

Running your staging business from WareSpace

The practical questions stagers and designers ask before they tour, on furniture storage, climate control, deliveries, install load-out, and what fits.

Can I store a full staging inventory of furniture and decor?

Yes. Home stagers and interior designers use WareSpace to store full inventories of furniture, rugs, art, and decor on industrial racking in a private, lockable unit. With shared loading docks and 24/7 access, you can pull pieces, stage a project, and load the truck on install day.

Is there room to stage projects and load out by job?

Yes. Many staging Tenants use their unit as a staging base, pulling and grouping pieces by project, prepping them, and loading out through the shared dock. Units run from about 200 to 2,000+ square feet, so you can size to the number of projects you run at once.

Can furniture and vendor deliveries come straight to the dock?

Every location has shared loading docks and material-handling equipment standard, so furniture deliveries and designer drop-ships arrive at the dock instead of a residential window. If you're not on site, the on-site General Manager can receive deliveries on your behalf.

Are units climate-controlled to protect furniture, art, and fabrics?

Yes. Units have HVAC climate control 24/7, which protects wood, upholstery, art, and soft goods far better than a garage or non-conditioned storage unit. Your inventory stays show-ready between projects.

What are the power and stacking specs?

Units come with 120V/20-amp power as standard, with higher capacity available on request, and ceilings allow safe stacking up to about 12 feet on racking, so you get real vertical storage for bulky inventory.

How much does a staging or design warehouse unit cost?

Units start at $1,000/mo, all-inclusive, covering HVAC climate control, shared loading docks, racking, 24/7 access, WiFi, utilities, and amenities. No CAM charges, no triple-net (NNN) surprises, no personal guarantee, and short 6- to 12-month terms.

How do I know if my business is an acceptable use?

Most storage, fulfillment, distribution, and light commercial uses are a fit. A few uses need General Manager approval first, such as last-mile delivery, coffee roasting, or battery storage, and a handful aren't permitted, including auto repair, indoor vehicle storage, food manufacturing, welding or spray painting, and crypto-mining. See the full acceptable use policy at warespace.com/resources/acceptable-use, or just tell us what you do and we'll confirm your fit before you sign.
