Questions from eCommerce brands

Running your store from WareSpace

The practical questions online sellers ask before they tour, on fulfillment, peak season, carriers, climate control, and access.

Can I run pick, pack, and ship from a WareSpace unit?

Yes. Most eCommerce Tenants run their entire fulfillment operation from their unit, receiving inventory, storing it on industrial racking, and packing and shipping orders. Every location has shared loading docks and material-handling equipment, plus fast WiFi and plenty of power for printers, scanners, and pack stations.

Is there space to scale for peak season?

Yes. Because WareSpace runs short-term 6- and 12-month terms, you can size up before Q4 or a product launch and size back down afterward, with a new 6-12 month term when you transfer. Units range from about 200 to 2,000+ square feet, so you only pay for the space you actually need.

Do you accept deliveries from carriers and freight?

Every location has shared loading docks for inbound freight and pallet deliveries, and is set up for carrier pickups and drop-offs from FedEx, UPS, and similar. You get a real warehouse receiving setup without building out your own docks.

Are the units climate-controlled for sensitive products?

Yes. Units have HVAC climate control 24/7, which suits most temperature-sensitive products like cosmetics, supplements, and electronics. Tenants with more sensitive goods can add their own refrigeration inside their private, lockable unit.

Can I access my inventory 24/7?

Yes. WareSpace provides secure 24/7 access, so you can fulfill late orders, restock, or handle a rush whenever your store needs it.

What are the specs, power, and stacking height?

Units come standard with 120V/20-amp power, which covers pack stations, printers, and scanners, and higher capacity can be added on request. Ceilings allow safe stacking up to about 12 feet, so you get real vertical storage on racking. If you're not on site for a delivery, the on-site General Manager can receive it on your behalf.

How much does an eCommerce warehouse unit cost?

Units start at $1,000/mo, all-inclusive. That one flat fee covers HVAC, shared loading docks, industrial racking, 24/7 access, WiFi, utilities, and amenities. No CAM charges, no triple-net (NNN) surprises, and no personal guarantee required.

How do I know if my business is an acceptable use?

Most storage, fulfillment, distribution, and light commercial uses are a fit. A few uses need General Manager approval first, such as last-mile delivery, coffee roasting, or battery storage, and a handful aren't permitted, including auto repair, indoor vehicle storage, food manufacturing, welding or spray painting, and crypto-mining. See the full acceptable use policy at warespace.com/resources/acceptable-use, or just tell us what you do and we'll confirm your fit before you sign.
