I am the owner of Nuvo Spirits, a new liquor distributor and WareSpace offers exactly what a small business like mine, who can't afford/doesn't need a huge 10,000sqft space, might need. Questions about your space
Can people work in the units?
Absolutely – all units are air conditioned, set up with plenty of electrical outlets, and located near bathrooms and docks.
Can I set up an office space in my unit?
Yes, you can set up a completely separate office space for multiple employees if you desire. There are many electrical outlets in every unit.
Are there office spaces that are separate from the warehouse units?
Yes, if you prefer to have a separate office, every location has private offices available for a reasonable extra fee.
Are the conference rooms accessible for everyone?
Our conference rooms are available for free and unlimited use for all tenants. They can be reserved in advance, whether you are hosting a formal meeting or informal gathering.
How long are the leases for?
Our standard agreements are for 6 or 12 months. Longer leases available on case by case basis.
