Can I work from my unit?
Definitely. Many Tenants set up a working studio inside their unit, with plenty of electrical outlets and fast WiFi. There are also conference rooms on site for client meetings, plus a kitchen and lounge.
Is it suitable for photo and video shoots?
Yes. The open units work well as photography and video studios, set backdrops, light a set, store gear and props, and stage shoots. 24/7 access means you can shoot on your own schedule.
Can I store event, decor, or prop inventory?

What kinds of creative work aren't a fit?
Because neighboring units are close by, work that requires loud machinery or heavy industrial operation is not a good fit. Quiet-to-moderate studio, workshop, and craft work fits well.
Can I get natural light, a sink, or extra power?
Yes to all three where available. Natural-light units can be requested for studio and shoot work, utility sinks are available for messier creative processes, and units come with 120V/20-amp power standard with more available on request. Ask the on-site General Manager what each location offers on your tour.
How much does a studio or workshop unit cost?

How do I know if my business is an acceptable use?
Most storage, fulfillment, distribution, and light commercial uses are a fit. A few uses need General Manager approval first, such as last-mile delivery, coffee roasting, or battery storage, and a handful aren't permitted, including auto repair, indoor vehicle storage, food manufacturing, welding or spray painting, and crypto-mining.
