Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities. WCAG 2.1 AA is also the standard widely referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Conformance status

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means some parts of the content do not yet fully meet the standard. We are actively working through a prioritized remediation plan to close the remaining gaps and re-test as we ship changes.

Measures we take

To support accessibility, we:

• Build pages with semantic HTML and labeled landmarks so assistive technology can navigate the page structure
• Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and label icon-only buttons
• Support full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators on interactive elements
• Respect the operating-system “reduce motion” preference to limit non-essential animation
• Build forms with associated labels and clear, text-based error messages
• Review color contrast against our brand palette and adjust where needed
• Re-test accessibility whenever we make significant template or design changes

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some limitations remain. We are aware of and working to resolve the following:

• Some embedded third-party content (such as our scheduling tool and certain video players) may not fully meet our accessibility targets, as it is controlled in part by outside vendors
• A small number of legacy images and decorative elements are being reviewed for accurate text alternatives
• Captions and transcripts are being added across our full video library

Compatibility

This website is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge) and with common assistive technologies, including screen readers and screen magnification, on recent operating systems. It also relies on widely supported web standards; if you are using older technology, some features may not work as expected.
