GROWTH STORY
From cramped storage unit to doubled in size — how Einstein Moving Company found their hub at WareSpace
Einstein Moving Company at a glance:
Operations scattered between cramped storage unit, truck parking, and home office; no loading docks; limited outlets; inefficient daily workflow
All-in-one facility with truck parking, storage unit, office space, loading docks, conference rooms, 24/7 access, and dedicated parking spots
Doubled in size — from 2 trucks and 5 employees to 4 trucks and 14 people; streamlined daily operations; professional space for client meetings and team training
Einstein Moving Company is a residential moving company focused on customer service — upfront, honest, straight pricing for apartments, houses, storage units, townhouses. Grant Hardison manages the Houston branch, and before WareSpace, operations were scattered. The team worked out of a cramped public storage unit up the road. They’d show up in the morning, see the crews out, then go back home to work. Trucks parked in one spot. Supplies crammed into a tiny space with barely any outlets. Office work done from home. A very weird operation that made everything harder than it needed to be.
Four years at WareSpace changed everything. Now Einstein Moving has trucks, storage, and office all under one roof. The loading docks handle supply deliveries. The conference rooms host monthly training days with TVs and Apple Play for presentations. The 24/7 access means crews can return at midnight if needed. And the results speak for themselves: the company has doubled in size — from 2 trucks and 5 people to 4 trucks and 14 employees. As Grant puts it: having everything where you need it is extremely efficient for operations.
Before WareSpace A Very “Weird” Operation
A Very “Weird” Operation
Einstein Moving Company started in 2019, and for the first years, the operation was scattered across multiple locations. The team worked out of a public storage unit — cramped, with everything in their face. Working on a computer all day requires outlets, and storage units don’t have many.
The daily workflow was inefficient. Come up to the storage unit in the morning. See the crews out. Drive back home to handle office work. Check in on them afterwards. Trucks parked separately from supplies. Supplies crammed separately from the office. Three different locations that had to be juggled every single day.
Grant wasn’t a fan of working from home. He wanted separation between office and home. But as a young startup company, Einstein Moving wasn’t ready to buy a space. They needed something in between — professional infrastructure without the commitment of ownership.
The company needed a hub. Somewhere to park the fleet, store supplies, run the office, and handle everything without bouncing between locations throughout the workday.
“Before we got here, we would come from our house up to our storage unit in the morning, see the trucks out, and then go back to our place at the end of it and just kind of wing it from there. It was very awkward and weird.”

Making the Switch Everything Under One Roof
Everything Under One Roof
WareSpace was new, clean, and organized. It gave Einstein Moving exactly what they needed: a spot to have an office, a storage unit, and a place to park their trucks — all in one inclusive location.
The loading docks transformed supply management. Two types available — one for 18-wheelers and one for lift gates. The shared pallet jacks made receiving palletized supplies easy. The trolleys made carrying boxes and pads out to trucks a one-trip job instead of multiple.
The separation of space changed daily operations. Supplies in one spot. Office stuff in another. Way easier to stay organized when everything isn’t crammed into one room. More room for backup supplies meant being prepared for emergencies. And having a dedicated office meant finally getting that separation between work and home.
But the building management is what really made the difference. Both managers Grant has worked with — Amber and Chris — have been absolutely amazing. They handle things right when you ask. If there’s ever an issue, they approach it respectfully. They honor parking spots and resolve problems quickly. The management ultimately became the deciding factor.
The conference rooms get used every month for training days. Nice TVs with Apple Play to hook up iPads for slideshows. A clean, professional spot for the team to meet. The kind of space that makes employees feel like they’re part of a real company.
Where They Are Now Doubled In Size
Doubled In Size
Four years at WareSpace, and Einstein Moving has doubled. Started with 2 trucks and 5 people. Now running 4 trucks and 14 employees. Grant truly believes WareSpace had something to do with that growth.
The operational efficiency transformed the business. No more bouncing between locations during the workday. Show up in the morning before everyone arrives, get stuff out to the trucks, don’t worry about rushing home to check in on crews. Everything handled from one place.
The 24/7 access matters enormously for a moving company. Crews might finish during business hours or at midnight — there’s no telling. Having a space they can access around the clock means never being locked out when work runs late.
The security provides peace of mind. Everything coded — doors, storage units. Cameras everywhere. Security that rolls around at night. Assets that aren’t locked up are still in good hands.
The professional facility even helps with clients. Sometimes people come in to get quotes in person or pick up supplies. When they see WareSpace — the cleanliness, the organization, the safety — they see a company that has things figured out. First impressions matter.
The community adds unexpected value. Everyone in the hallway gives a nice hello. Problems can be bounced off other business owners. People try to help each other out. All smiles, all the time.
“Since finding this place, we’ve doubled in size. We started with two trucks and probably five people, and now we have four trucks and 14. I truly believe WareSpace had something to do with that.”

What They Love The Perfect Hub
The Perfect Hub
For Einstein Moving, WareSpace solved the fundamental problem of being a growing company not ready to buy a building. They needed professional infrastructure without the commitment of ownership.
Having everything under one roof eliminated the daily inefficiency of bouncing between locations. Trucks, supplies, office — all accessible without traveling during the workday. That streamlined operation freed up time and energy to focus on growth.
The building management became the deciding factor. Responsive, respectful, on top of everything. The kind of landlord relationship that makes you want to be a good tenant. Problems get solved. Parking spots get honored. Issues get approached professionally.
The amenities supported real business operations. Loading docks for supply deliveries. Conference rooms for monthly training. 24/7 access for unpredictable crew schedules. Shared equipment like pallet jacks and trolleys that made daily tasks more efficient.
The professional environment created client confidence. When customers visit a nice, clean, organized facility, they see a company that has its act together. That perception matters in a service business built on trust.
As Grant puts it: WareSpace is the perfect spot for a small business because you don’t have to buy a space. It’s affordable, it won’t break your bank, and it gives you everything you need to operate professionally and grow.
