GROWTH STORY
From unpalletizing wine in their driveway to scaling nationwide: How a non-alcoholic wine brand found room to grow
Yours Non-Alcoholic Wine at a glance:
No storage for 10-pallet minimum orders; garage fulfillment becoming impossible during holiday rush
Flexible warehouse space with loading docks, climate control, and ability to expand as needed
Expanded to two units; handles both DTC and wholesale distribution; business booming with 10x growth potential
Kelly Berthog and his wife made a decision that would haunt them for months: they were going to unpalletize 10 pallets of non-alcoholic wine in their driveway, carry each 37-pound case into their house one by one, and turn their garage into a fulfillment center. What could go wrong?
Everything. When their first holiday season hit and orders exploded, their single-car garage became a cardboard fortress that made parking impossible and sanity optional. At WareSpace, they didn’t just find storage—they discovered a space that could grow from startup chaos to nationwide distribution without missing a beat.
Before WareSpace The Driveway Disaster
The Driveway Disaster
Kelly and his wife started Yours after a revelation at a Spanish soccer match—discovering that non-alcoholic alternatives were already thriving in Europe while the U.S. market lagged behind. They wanted to create a non-alcoholic wine that actually tasted like wine, perfect for those Wednesday night wind-downs without the Thursday morning consequences.
The business plan was solid. The logistics plan was… creative. When their first production run arrived as 10 pallets (the minimum order), they had nowhere to store it. So they did what any desperate entrepreneur would do: they unpalletized everything in their driveway and hand-carried each case into their house.
Their garage became fulfillment headquarters—Kelly would pack orders weekly, wait for UPS at the curb, and repeat the process. Then came their first holiday season, and demand exploded beyond anything their one-car garage could handle.
“We have one car garage at home, and so it was just absolutely covered in boxes and tape and wine, and it just wasn’t working, and so we knew we needed something fast.”

Making the Switch Drive-by Discovery
Drive-by Discovery
Kelly wasn’t actively looking for warehouse space when he spotted the WareSpace sign while driving past the construction site. Most places they’d researched required 3-5 year leases with complete build-outs—utilities, HVAC, everything from scratch.
WareSpace offered something different: turnkey solutions with flexible lease terms. They toured the facility and signed the same day, becoming one of the first tenants in the building.
Where They Are Now Built to Scale
Built to Scale
Kelly’s transformation has been dramatic. What started as garage chaos has evolved into a sophisticated operation that handles everything from single-bottle direct-to-consumer orders to multi-pallet wholesale shipments to distributors and Amazon FBA.
By May of their first year at WareSpace, they’d already expanded to a second unit to accommodate larger inventory runs and better cost management. The space allows them to operate multiple business channels simultaneously—professional conference room meetings with vendors in the morning, then music-blasting fulfillment sessions in the afternoon.
The flexibility has been crucial as business has boomed over the past six months, with Kelly confident they can scale 2x, 5x, or even 10x while staying at WareSpace.
“We can do the direct consumer stuff, make sure it goes out each and every day. We can schedule deliveries, use the jacks, use the loading docks, get those pallets out the door as well… we have really everything we need here to get packages out the door from a single bottle to a thousand bottles at a time.”

What They Love Everything Under One Roof
Everything Under One Roof
For Kelly, it’s the ability to operate their entire business in one space—from professional vendor meetings in conference rooms to warehouse fulfillment with loading dock access. Most warehouse spaces are either storage or office, but rarely both.
The 24/7 access means he can pop in anytime, even on weekends when his daughter is napping. Climate control protects hundreds of thousands of dollars in inventory. And the established UPS/postal service relationships mean daily pickups without logistical headaches.
