The problem

Warehouse spaces lacking basic amenities like air conditioning, bathrooms, meeting rooms, or UPS pickup.

The solution

A clean, bright facility with daily pickups, complete amenities, and room to grow.

The results

Professional fulfillment operations; plans to expand with additional spaces; found a long-term home.

Meet SendReady

The business behind the growth.

Chrissy Evans and her husband discovered that finding warehouse space felt like shopping for apartments in a terrible neighborhood. Every location was missing something essential: no air conditioning, no bathrooms, no meeting rooms, no UPS pickup. When they found WareSpace, it looked too good to be true. A year later, Chrissy has learned that sometimes things that seem too good to be true are just what professional operations should look like.

Before WareSpace

the basic amenities hunt

Chrissy and her husband needed space for shipping and fulfillment for their supplement line, and their search revealed how low the bar had been set for warehouse amenities.

Space after space lacked fundamentals: no air conditioning for temperature-sensitive products, no bathrooms, no meeting rooms, no reliable package pickup. Amenities were treated as optional extras.

A lot of the spaces either weren't air conditioned, they didn't have bathrooms, or they didn't have a meeting room, or they didn't have UPS pickup. And so when we came across the WareSpace website, it literally looked too good to be true.

Making the Switch

finding professional space

WareSpace delivered the amenities other warehouses treated as luxuries. The facility was clean, bright, and quiet enough that spending time there felt pleasant rather than industrial.

All-inclusive pricing meant one monthly payment covered utilities, maintenance, cleaning, and 24/7 access.

Where They Are Now

room to grow

SendReady found their fulfillment home. Daily UPS, FedEx, and postal pickups mean shipments go out reliably Monday through Friday, and the facility provides pallet jacks, carts, pickup bins, and even emergency packing materials at the front desk.

Their growth plan centers on WareSpace's flexibility: rather than outgrow and relocate, they plan to rent additional units for backup inventory and scale within the same community.

WareSpace really provides us an opportunity to grow and to level up. And we plan to rent more WareSpaces as our backup inventory until we truly outgrow WareSpace, which to WareSpace's credit, that would be a wonderful problem to have.
