Free First 3 Months Offer

The Free First 3 Months Offer (“Offer”) is available only to new tenants who complete all required steps. First, tenants must complete a tour of a participating WareSpace location during its construction phase, prior to the official opening. Within seven (7) days of completing the tour, tenants must place and pay the required reservation deposit. To remain eligible, tenants must also sign a minimum twelve (12) month lease. Upon written request from WareSpace, based on the anticipated move-in schedule, tenants must, within seven (7) business days, pay both the required security deposit and the equivalent of one month’s rent. The one month’s rent payment is non-refundable and, together with the security deposit, will be applied to the first required payments under the lease.

The rent credit equal to the first three (3) months’ rent will be applied consecutively at the beginning of the lease term. This Offer is limited to one unit per tenant; if multiple units are leased, the Offer may be applied to only a single unit. The Offer is non-transferable, carries no cash value, and cannot be combined with any other promotional incentives. Failure to meet any of the stated timelines, early termination of the lease, payment default, or other non-performance under the lease will result in forfeiture of the Offer. WareSpace reserves the right to modify or discontinue this Offer at any time without prior notice.
