75,000 SF Presidential Parkway facility marks company’s 23rd location and second Atlanta location, pushing portfolio over 2.36M SF
ATLANTA, GA – December 30, 2025 – WareSpace, a national provider of small warehouse spaces, has completed the acquisition of a 75,000 square-foot industrial/flex property in Atlanta, Georgia – marking the company’s 23rd facility nationwide and second location in Atlanta.
Located at 4084 Presidential Parkway with direct access to both I-85 and I-285, the property sits just 20 minutes from downtown Atlanta’s affluent nodes, including infill suburban communities such as Buckhead and Peachtree Corners. The acquisition pushes WareSpace’s total portfolio over 2.36 million square feet nationwide, capstoning a year of prolific growth for the firm.
The Atlanta facility represents WareSpace’s continued expansion in Georgia, building on the success of its first Georgia location and expanding to serve the Northeast Atlanta market. Atlanta ranks as one of the top cities for starting a business, yet small businesses face significant challenges finding professional warehouse infrastructure in a market where small-bay vacancy sits at just 4.1% – the lowest of any warehouse size segment.
