WareSpace facility at dusk showing the scale of the building and lit loading docks
WareSpace numbered loading docks with dock-high doors and a box truck backed in

Take a full truck of freight without leasing a whole warehouse.

Self-storage can leave you carrying every box through a roll-up door by hand. A WareSpace building gives you shared dock-high and drive-in docks down the hall, so pallets and box trucks can load and unload more efficiently. Included in one flat monthly bill.

How docks work at WareSpace

Built so the docks never become a bottleneck.

Most buildings run three to five shared docks for the whole community, sized so there is room when a carrier shows up. You get dock access on the same flat bill as your unit, with no metered hours and no add-on fee.

Back a trailer up to a dock-high door, or drive a van or box truck straight in, whatever the load needs.
What ships with the docks

Everything around the dock is included too.

The dock is only useful with the access and support around it. Shared dock access, carrier pickups, staging space, and secure entry are included on the same flat monthly bill, with no NNN and no CAM.

  • Equipment availability confirmed on tour
  • Industrial racking in your unit
  • Daily UPS, FedEx & USPS pickups
  • Staging room by the docks

Loading docks at WareSpace, answered

The practical questions Tenants ask about freight, trucks, and dock access before they tour.

Are the loading docks included in my rent?

Yes. Dock access is part of your flat monthly rent, with no metered hours, no per-use charge, and no NNN or CAM add-on. Units start at $1,000/mo, all-inclusive.

Are the docks private or shared?

They are shared by the community in your building. Most WareSpace buildings run three to five docks, sized so there is open dock space when you and the carriers need it. Traffic jams have not been an issue.

Can a full-size box truck or trailer use the dock?

Yes. Buildings have dock-high doors for trailers and box trucks, plus drive-in access for vans and smaller vehicles. You pick whatever fits the load.

Do you have equipment to move pallets off the truck?

Material-handling equipment varies by building. Ask the on-site General Manager what is available and what requirements apply before planning your workflow.

Can I receive freight when I'm not there?

Carriers run the building daily, and an on-site team is present during business hours. Coordinate larger inbound freight with your General Manager so it is staged for you.
