FORT WORTH, TX, May 14, 2025. WareSpace, a leading provider of small warehouse space across the country, has expanded its North Richland Hills, Texas location, marking another milestone in the company’s fast-paced Texas growth.

This expansion reflects the strong demand from small businesses who need warehouse and industrial workspaces to operate and scale, something the market is currently lacking. North Richland Hills has quickly become a hub for entrepreneurs looking for more than just storage. It is where makers, movers, and local legends are growing their businesses with the infrastructure and support they need.

WareSpace will host an open house on June 10 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the North Richland Hills location (7601 Blvd 26, North Richland Hills, TX 76180) to celebrate the new units and invite the community to explore everything that co-warehousing can offer growing businesses.

North Richland Hills is just one piece of WareSpace’s broader Texas expansion strategy. The company nearly doubled the size of its Houston footprint in late 2024 and reached full occupancy just months later, underscoring the region’s strong demand.

In the Dallas area, WareSpace acquired a new building in Addison last year, with construction set to begin soon.

Meanwhile, an expansion at WareSpace’s University South location in Fort Worth is on track to open this July.

WareSpace is actively exploring new acquisitions in all major Texas markets to meet the rising demand across the state.

“Texas is one of the most entrepreneurial regions in the country, and we’re building the infrastructure to match that energy,” said Levi Cohen, CEO of WareSpace. “Our model gives small business owners room to grow without the red tape, long-term commitments, or surprise fees that come with traditional industrial leases.”

“Marketing is easy when your product solves a real problem,” said Eric Golman, Chief Marketing Officer at WareSpace. “Small business owners in Texas aren’t built to wait around for red tape or outdated leases. It’s just not in their DNA.”

Every WareSpace unit comes with 24/7 access, climate control, shared loading docks, WiFi, racking, and access to common areas like kitchens, lounges, and conference rooms. With all-inclusive pricing and short-term lease flexibility, WareSpace tenants can scale up or down without skipping a beat. See the North Richland Hills location page for current availability.
