Can I run a clinic or treat patients from a unit?
No. WareSpace units are warehouse and storage spaces, not clinical or healthcare-delivery facilities. Patient care, exams, dental or medical procedures, and any licensed clinical operation are not an acceptable use. Use your unit for storage, kitting, fulfillment, distribution, and back-office work that supports your business.
Can I store prescription drugs or controlled pharmaceuticals?
No. Controlled substances and prescription pharmaceuticals are not permitted, and units are not licensed or built for pharmaceutical storage. WareSpace is a fit for non-regulated medical and dental supplies — instruments, consumables, equipment, devices, PPE, and packaged retail products. If you're unsure whether a specific product qualifies, tell us when you book a tour and the on-site General Manager will confirm before you sign.
Can I store biohazard materials or regulated medical waste?
No. Biohazard materials, regulated or infectious medical waste, and hazardous materials are not permitted in any unit. WareSpace is built for clean, packaged inventory, equipment, and supplies. Anything requiring regulated handling, disposal, or special licensing is outside what our spaces can accommodate.
Is the space climate controlled for sensitive supplies?
Yes. Every unit includes HVAC climate control as standard, which keeps temperature- and humidity-sensitive supplies, instruments, and packaging in good condition year-round — a real upgrade over a garage, basement, or unconditioned storage unit. Note that this is general climate control, not validated cold-chain or pharmaceutical-grade temperature monitoring.
Can I receive and ship supplier deliveries?
Yes. Every location has shared loading docks and material-handling equipment standard, so suppliers can drop pallets of supplies and equipment directly, and you can pack and ship orders out the same way. It's ideal for medical and dental ecommerce, fulfillment, and regional distribution.
