Before WareSpace: the growing pains
Running the operation from his basement created a catch-22. Without a commercial address, major vendors wouldn't take him seriously, and without loading docks he couldn't handle the 53-foot truck deliveries efficient operations required.
The final straw came when he needed industrial equipment to scale, 1,000-pound machines requiring 220V power his residential setup couldn't support.
“It was a catch-22 where in order to get more accounts, we needed the commercial address and loading dock. Because without it, it was becoming harder to work with who we currently had, let alone acquiring more accounts.”
